PM problem?

It sometimes takes a few days for my outgoing PM's to move from my Outbox to my Sentbox, and actually get sent. Is this normal?

your messages don't move to the sent box until that person logs in to the boards the next time.

as in:
you send a pm to me.
it sits in your outbox until the next time I login.
I don't have to check the message though., just login to the boards.

and...overexplained.
