Question #1: Is it possible to extract the audio (swallowing everything) from this video and convert in to a MP3 for playback on a home stereo.

I ripped it with a program called DVDvideosoft youtube to mp3 converter...Yeah. I know there are other possibilities like brwosing through your browser cache and extract the audio from there, but to be honest I can't figure it out.

Oh, and don't expect the quality to be superior to the original.
