My Collection

Postby disagreeable » Sat Apr 19, 2014 9:45 am

Hi,
I was going through my Helmet collection that I had left at my parents place for over 7 years and finally went through it all again.
Just wanted to share and hoped other's could share their collections also.

Enjoy.

Most folks' record collections put mine to shame, but here's a bunch of tour flair.

Hey Rainer , Nice collection,

I remember speechless - Didn't Page give you shit about your shirt or something like that before they played it?

Hey Ty,

Yeah I spoke to Page the night before and he signed my birdhouse projects T-shirt.
I asked if he would play Speechless the next night and he said he would.

Then the fucker hung shit on me because I wore a polo shirt instead of another Helmet shirt.

^Yeah, I have those too. I especially like that wanna-be-Betty on the cover of the last CD. But 'Helmet' is engraved on that jewel case (or embossed, now idea what's the right term).

Just grabbed a Japan version of Betty from eBay, with OBI. So that adds on to my sub-collection of Betty stuff: Betty CD's (regular, yellow and blue case, Japan version, Biscuits For Smut EP, Wilma's Rainbow EP), Betty 2x10", the German single LP, Casssette, Songbook, Biscuits For Smut 7" (twice, one for the Jukebox), Biscuits For Smut 12".
I am still missing the reissue 2xLP version yet but will grab it soon. Kind of hoping they have that with them on the Betty tour.
